To keep your stay with us enjoyable, we have established a few reasonable policies.
Check in is from 4:00-6:00pm. Check out is by 11:00 am. Special arrangements can be made for late arrivals or early departures.
A deposit payment for one night is required at the time of your reservation. The remainder of payment is due at check in.
Cancellations are fully refunded with 48 hours notice. Consideration is given for special circumstances.
Unfortunately we do not accept pets.
Children 12 years or older are welcome; well-behaved younger children will be allowed if all rooms are booked by the same family or group.
We are a smoke-free house for the safety and comfort of all our guests. We do not allow smoking, candle burning or incense in any of our guest rooms.
Occupancy is based on two people per room.

The wrap-around front porch has abundant wicker seating and offers an excellent view of historic Franklin Square Park.

The parlor provides guests with comfortable seating and a warm fireplace.
The upstairs library is another cozy nook with an eclectic array of reading material.
The guest refrigerator is fully stocked with fruit juice, soda and bottled water.
A healthy snack of fresh fruit is always available for our guests.
